We are an experienced team of developers and aerospace enthusiasts, passionate about everything that has rotors, driven by challenging tasks. "Impossible" does not exist in our vocabulary! With a professional approach, we research and develop new ideas and specialized applications.

With over 15 years of experience in both unmanned and manned aviation, Dr. Christian Molter leads the team with broad technical expertise and a passion for innovation. His core areas of specialization include aerodynamics, flight mechanics, software development, and autopilot integration.
From 2021 to 2024, he worked at a startup in the manned aviation sector, playing a key role in the development of a gyroplane rotor system. In 2024, he assumed the position of CTO, overseeing the company’s entire research and development efforts.
In 2021, Dr. Molter founded Rotors, Drones and More, and since 2025, he has been running the company full-time as CEO.
