Measurement Technology for Rotor Test Benches

Do you need a test stand to measure your rotor system? Are you interested in parameters like thrust, RPM, torque, and other system characteristics? Get in touch with us.

Over the years, we have developed various rotor test stands to measure rotors both in stationary conditions and in wind tunnels. This experience enables us to design, build, and operate custom rotor test benches for our clients. Our services also extend to data acquisition on PC systems. Potential applications for rotor test stands include:

  • Measuring the efficiency of newly developed rotor systems
  • Testing commercial components, such as motors, propellers, or motor controllers, to select the optimal components for a specific aircraft or to test their reliability
  • Researching novel rotor systems like adaptive rotor blades
  • Balancing rotor systems for serial production, where the software can automatically suggest the necessary balancing weight.
