Rotor and Propeller Design

Our team has been specializing in the design of small rotors and propellers for UAVs as well as rotors for manned aircraft for 20 years. We can handle the entire development process of a small size prototype rotor, from simulation and CAD design to manufacturing and testing on our test stands, all in-house.


With our proprietary software, which has been validated in wind tunnel tests, we are able to simulate small rotors even at low Reynolds numbers and predict their expected efficiency.

Whether you are interested in the design and simulation of a rotor or propeller, or would like to also have it developed and tested as a prototype, you are in the right place. This includes everything from traditional designs to adaptive rotor systems.

For larger rotors, we collaborate with experienced suppliers for the manufacturing part, but we also have an extensive expertise in measurement and testing of larger rotor systems.
